- Lester Flatt Baron of Bluegrass: Cragrock to Carnegie Hall (1980) The first biography of Lester Flatt, released shortly after his death. This copy is signed by the author, Olan Bassham, a friend of Flatt's and the pastor who eulogized at his funeral.
